Auto Repair & Basic Maintenance
All of our vehicles are sold as-is and carry an FTC Buyer's Guide implicating as such. In order to ensure we are rolling the least costs possible onto our customers, any warranties would have to be obtained by the customer with a company of their choosing at the price and coverage limits they prefer.
To ensure transparency and trust is built with any potential buyers, we always welcome any outside mechanics or inspections to be performed during a test drive or on-site if preferred.
For our BHPH customers, we do offer repair services in-house at our own reasonable costs, and we would prefer to take care of our customers if the buyer opts to schedule any appointments directly with our office. For active loans in good standing, we do offer the option to add in-house repair bills (labor only) to vehicle loans given the parts needed can be paid for upfront. Depending on the term length remaining and the amount of the total repair bill, the bill can be added as a Side Loan that would allow for the total to be broken into smaller payments added to your normal monthly payment. Our ability to offer this, like driving, is a priviledge and is handled on a case by case basis.
We will also do our best to send out timed reminders for when you'd be anticipating your next oil change - any vehicle owner should be getting oil changes every 3,000-4,000 miles depending on vehicle and engine size. Keeping up with your oil changes and other basic maintenance helps ensure longevitiy of your vehicle's motor as long as you are the responsible owner of that vehicle. Remember, used vehicles don't always tell us how well they were taken care of before we obtained it, but you can ensure that you do everything you are expected to do as the individual financing and taking care of that vehicle throughout your term.
We are always happy to serve previous customers that have already paid off or paid in cash as long as there is an appointment scheduled. Keep in mind, if there is no active loan on the vehicle or you are not currently a BHPH customer we cannot offer any installment plans on repairs and the bill produced would be expected to be paid in full by the vehicle owner, unless otherwise written and signed by an authorized representative of Azalea Motors.
We do not carry our own tow truck or drivers, nor do we typically cover any one person's tow bill in order for their car to be serviced on-site. You must coordinate the transport if the vehicle is not driveable and ensure an appointment is scheduled prior to any drop-offs. Vehicles dropped off without authorization and/or appointments are subject to storage charges of $40 a day, or being impounded.
